    Turn around times for custom orders vary depending on the detail of the order and time of the year. Please contact a sales representative to get an estimation based on your order.

    Although previous styles that are not in the current catalog are discontinued they are available for reorders.
    Fabric not shown in the current catalog is no longer available, however; when possible discounted fabrics are saved for reorders. Please contact a sales representative for further details.
    Within 24 hours you will receive an email or fax with the pending invoice. Written confirmation and payment need to be received within 3 business days for the original estimated ship date to stand. Upon receipt of payment your order will be sent into production.
    Changes can not be made to an order once it is sent to production. A new order will have to be placed for any additional items. Any changes that need to be made to an order MUST be EMAILED or FAXED, changes will not be accepted over the phone. There is a $15 change fee for any changes made after an order is confirmed.
    Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not been paid for and sent to production. Orders CAN NOT be canceled or changed once they are in production.
    Standard shipping is $11.75 for the first item and 1.00 for each additional item.
    You will be contacted before your order ships if you specifically requested to be when you originally placed your order. When all orders are shipped, an email is sent that provides the tracking number and the scheduled delivery date.
    All ship dates are estimated unless a rush fee is paid. To find out if your order will ship on time please call or email, at least a week before your estimated ship date, to have a sales representative give you an update on the status of your order.
    Make sure you measure all areas on the sizing chart. For girth, measure from the center of one shoulder, down the front through crotch and up the back to starting point. For inseam, measure inside of leg, from the crotch to 2 inches below the ankle bone. For further explanation please contact a sales representative.
    No, parents can not call in and pay for their child's leotard. Parents must go through the gym to pay for or order team leotards.
    Once written confirmation is received that everything on the order is correct, the credit card will be charged and the order will go into production.
    A packing slip will be included in the shipment. Please contact your sales representative for a copy of the paid invoice if one is needed.
    Any discrepancies in an order need to be reported at the time the order is received.
    Demos are leotards that are used to determine the size that a gymnast needs. All new customers need to get the demos to get an accurate size for each gymnast.
    Demos can be kept out for up to 2 weeks. An invoice will be included in the shipment that states the due date, all orders that are not returned by the date will be charged a late fee plus the shipping and handling.
    In the event that the demos are damaged or not returned by the due date then yes you will be charged. Once the demo's are returned a credit will be received.

    Gift certificates can be used on mail order, fax and on-line purchases. Gift certificates are only valid on purchases made directly from Dreamlight. Dreamlight is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
    There is a pattern fee to do so but in most cases, yes you can. Check with a sales representative to make sure that it can be done.
    A sales representative or a designer will be more than happy to assist you with this. If you have a sketch or idea of a design please send fax or email a copy.
    If your gym is located in Virginia or Georgia it may be possible.
    Never, under any circumstance should a leotard be dry-cleaned.
    Yes, for competitive wear discounts apply at 3+, 19+ and 37+.
    Only Virginia orders will be charged sales tax.
    Yes, we can make larger sizes. A pattern fee will apply since a new pattern has to be made.
    A rush fee is a 15% surcharge that will allow an order to be received before the standard turnaround time and will guarantee the ship date. This fee is due to production overtime required to expedite the order. The amount of rush orders that can be placed are LIMITED to the production schedule, please contact a sales representative to see if your order can be rushed.
